I am… Sarah Foll, Senior Consultant

I’ve been... working in L&OD and human performance consulting for large corporates for the last 12 years. I headed up Learning & Organisational Development at Sony Pictures for five years (EMEA) and worked as a management consultant at Accenture.

Women Ahead... enables me to build on the work I have been doing for the last 12 years in supporting the development of female leaders internationally. I am passionate about unlocking talent and supporting future female leaders to take risks, push themselves outside their comfort zones and seek challenging assignments.

I bring... both client and consultancy side experience of learning and development from a variety of sectors.
