Kirk Vallis is Moving Ahead's Diversity Ambassador, and Global Head of Creative Capability Development at Google.

Kirk Vallis’s real-world approach helps all mentors and mentees on Women Ahead and Moving Ahead mentoring schemes to disrupt their ingrained thought patterns, and to access new levels of creativity, deep thinking and critical problem solving. He gives stimulating keynote speeches and runs masterclasses and workshops for Women Ahead and Moving Ahead mentoring participants. His work prompts senior leaders to consider the unique value every employee brings to an organisation, and helps mentees to harness this talent and individuality and keep pushing on up to board level.

Kirk is also a mentor to The Hope Fund for Cancer Research, helping some of the world’s most respected biologists, geneticists and Nobel prize winners, to disrupt traditional thinking with the power of technology. He also partners with Singularity University to help senior executives unite the power of technology and human creativity. Kirk has also led sessions as part of Stanford University-Google Executive programmes, on innovation leadership in a technology-driven world.
