I am... Elize Clark, Senior Client and Programme Manager at Moving Ahead and Women Ahead.

I’ve been... a Project Manager at Waitrose in the John Lewis Partnership where alongside my role I took the opportunity to lead the diversity and inclusion initiative in the IT division.  Prior to this I worked at IBM, Canterbury Christ Church University and I spent some time studying in Spain.

Moving Ahead and Women Ahead... provides an opportunity for me to direct my passion in promoting change towards an inclusive society.

I bring... an enthusiastic approach to achieving diversity and inclusion goals within business. My passion and inquisitive nature enables me to see how things can be done differently – challenging the status quo to drive sustainable change.
